GTECH Center | Lobby | Providence, RI
The GTECH Center was built near Waterplace park, the site of Barnaby Evan's Waterfire, an art installation of floating bonfires on the Providence River. Paul was asked to create a work that was inspired by the river and the Waterfire phenomenon. The architectural art glass treats a dead wall in the elevator corridor that is visible from the street. After hours, the illuminated feature wall gives the lobby a night time presence. Dimensions: 12'h x 9.5'w. 2006 Architect: Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, Boston
